Availability

This KPI shows the user the availability of their products to the final consumer.

This availability is defined by a delivery time in days in the user settings.

Offer availability#

If an offer is deliverable in this time frame, it is considered available.

If an offer is deliverable after this time frame, it considered outside available.

If an offer is listed in a seller, without deliverability, it is considered out of stock.

Else, the offer is considered not listed.

Available

In stock AND delivered to end user within max. 5 days by default. ‘In stock’ means can be bought with the BUY BUTTON.

Outside available

In stock AND delivered to end user OUTSIDE the max 5 days, meaning more than 5 days (by default).

Out of stock

Product is listed on the seller's site but defined as "OUT OF STOCK".

Not listed

Not found on the seller's site.

The global score is the monthly availability score of listed catalog offers.

Insights section#

The defined Insights are:

  • The number of offers considered “out of stock” distributed by the number if days they have been out of stock. (Popup)

234 offers have been out of stock for one day.

  • A distribution by availability of all the offers.

24% of all offers are available (within 5 days of delivery), 10% are out of stock.

  • A distribution of available offers by number of delivery days. (Popup)

75 offers are deliverable within 2 days.

Details#

Sellers#

The user can see:

  • Name of each seller
  • Number of listed offers (Popup)
  • Number of unlisted products (Popup)
  • Seller monthly availability score
  • Seller daily availability score (with a trend icon depending on the difference with the monthly score)
  • Availability status distribution of this seller’s offers.

Clicking on a status opens either a Listed products popup or an Unlisted products popup depending on the status. Sellers are sorted by default from the highest daily score to the lowest.

Products#

The user can see:

  • Name of each product
  • Number of listed offers (Popup)
  • Number of sellers that do not list this product (Popup)
  • Product monthly availability score
  • Product daily availability score (with a trend icon depending on the difference with the monthly score)
  • Availability status distribution of this product’s offers

Clicking on a status opens either a Listed sellers popup or an Unlisted sellers popup depending on the status. Products are sorted by default from the highest daily score to the lowest.

FMV Sellers#

Sellers#

The user can see:

  • Name of each seller
  • Number of brands present (Popup)
  • Number of products present (Popup)
  • Seller daily availability score of the user’s products (defined in the catalog)
  • Average delivery time for products sold by each seller
  • Seller daily availability score
  • Availability status distribution of this seller’s offers
  • Seller’s coverage graph button (Popup)

Sellers are sorted by default by number of products descending.

FMV Brands#

The user can see:

  • Name of each brand
  • Number of sellers selling this brand (Popup)
  • Number of this brand’s products (Popup)
  • Number of this brand’s offers
  • Number of offers on average by seller (listing average)
  • Average delivery time for this brand’s products
  • Brand daily availability score
  • Availability status distribution of this brand’s offers
  • Brand’s coverage graph button (Popup)

Brands are sorted by default by listing average descending.

Popups#

Listed products#

The user can see:

  • brand of each product
  • name of each product
  • The offer availability status
  • The offer delivery time
  • The offer SKU
  • The offer last crawled date
  • A link to the offer

There is no sorting by default.

Unlisted products#

The user can see:

  • The brand of each product
  • The name of each product
  • The product availability status (Not listed)

There is no sorting by default.

Listed sellers#

The user can see:

  • The name of each seller
  • The offer availability status
  • The offer delivery time
  • The offer’s last crawled date
  • A link to the offer

There is no sorting by default.

Unlisted sellers#

The user can see:

  • The name of each seller
  • The product availability status (Not listed)

There is no sorting by default.

Listed offers#

The user can see:

  • The name of each offer’s brand
  • The name of each offer’s product
  • The name of each offer’s seller
  • Each offer’s availability status
  • The offer’s delivery time
  • The offer’s last crawled date
  • A link to the offer

There is no sorting by default.

FMV Seller brands#

The user can see:

  • The name of each brand

  • The number of products for this brand in this seller

  • The brand monthly availability score

  • The brand daily availability score

  • The brand’s products availability distribution (without unlisted ones)

The brands are sorted by default by the number of products they have in this seller descending.

The user can export the data presented here by clicking the Excel button at the top.

The export contains:

  • The brand of each offer from this brand
  • The product name
  • The offer availability status
  • The product monthly availability score
  • The offer link

FMV Seller products#

The use can see:

  • The name of the product’s brand
  • The name of each product
  • The offer availability status
  • The offer monthly availability score.
  • A link to the offer

The products are not sorted by default.

The user can export the data presented here by clicking the Excel button at the top.

The export contains:

The user can see:

  • The number of offers from the Top 30 brands with the most offers against all the offers from this seller.
  • A hemicycle graph representing the distribution of those brands’ offers.

The brands are sorted from left to right, from the highest number of offers to the lowest.

The user can export the graph by clicking the export icon at the top.

The user can see:

  • The name of each seller for this brand’s offers
  • The number of offers
  • The average delivery time
  • The monthly availability score
  • The availability status distribution
